Saudi Arabia
Route Features & Compliance
- Saudi Arabian networks have implemented strong filtering. These filters will block most messages that come from numeric sender IDs, messages that contain objectionable content, and messages that contain URLs. Furthermore, if a message is sent that has identical content to a recent message, this message will be blocked. We encourage customers who wish to deliver messages to users in Saudi Arabia to use preregistered sender IDs.
- Pre-register Alphanumeric Sender ID is allowed in all Saudi Arabian networks.
- We require the following information: Sender ID, SMS Content, Website URL and Trans/Promo specification.URL whitelisting is mandatory for STC network and NOC letter which is signed and stamped from the end-user is mandatory for Mobily and Zain network.
- Sender ID will be for 8 characters for Promotional SMS. Postfix -AD in sender id is mandatory for Marketing /Promotional will not be delivered to Opt Out numbers.
- Transactional SMS Sender ID will be of 11 characters and will deliver on Opt Out numbers.
- Sender ID registration will take 4 working days. Complete Support & Sender ID registration will be shared to you when you buy one of the SMS pack.

UAE
Route Features & Compliance
- Sender ID will be for 8 characters for Promotional SMS. Postfix -AD in sender id is mandatory for Marketing /Promotional will not be delivered to Opt Out numbers.
- Transactional SMS Sender ID will be of 11 characters and will deliver on DND numbers.
- Sender ID registration will take 4-5 working days in cases of both Du and Etisalat.
- Operator requires a Trade License Copy and Authorization Letters duly stamped and signed on your letterhead and as attached for your reference.
- Mention the exact purpose of promotion. Docs should be typed, handwritten docs are not accepted.
- In-case Trade name is different from the Brand Name; operator would require an additional Name.
- No communication between 9PM and 7 AM for Marketing/Promotional SMS.
- Maintenance of Customer consent/s which proves that the aforementioned recipient number has opted in to receive from the Sender ID/Short code any promotional/marketing SMSs
- Marketing/promotional SMS terminated within the U.A.E must include the necessary information on how to block SMS using short code provided to you which is protecting all customers from unwanted SMS.
